to work here
We’re a busy, growing family dental practice.
We work hard, but we laugh a lot. We sometimes fail but we learn a lot. We sometimes feel like we’re not growing, but we’re always heading in a better direction.
You don’t need to know everything when you join us. But you do need to be willing to learn.
We provide training, explain the why behind what we do and give people more responsibility as they develop.

What drives us
Patient experience first
The patient experience is at the forefront of everything we do.
We want going to the dentist to be as pleasant, convenient and straightforward as possible, while still providing comprehensive, high-quality care.
That means listening. Communicating clearly. Being thorough. Helping nervous patients feel comfortable. Running on time. Following up. And never making someone feel like they’re just another number.
Every person in our practice contributes to that experience.
Efficiency with purpose
We value good systems and efficiency – not because we want to rush, but because we respect people’s time.
We give patients the time they genuinely need while being mindful of their time and the patients coming after them.
Being prepared, communicating clearly, following good systems and doing things properly the first time allow us to spend more time where it matters.
Efficiency isn’t about rushing. It’s about respecting people’s time and using it well.
Our culture
Our culture is built around four core values.
We genuinely care.
About our patients, our work and doing a good job. We take pride in the part we play in someone’s experience.
We take ownership.
We do the right thing even when nobody is watching. If we make a mistake, we own it, learn from it and make it better.
We keep learning.
We give feedback, receive feedback and invest in training. You don’t need to know everything, but you do need to want to get better.
We help each other.
There isn’t an “us and them.” When one part of the practice needs help, we step in. We succeed as a team.
Hear from our team
You don’t have to take our word for it.
Hear from the people who work at Dianella Family Dental about what it’s actually like to be part of our team.

Grow with us
Some people join us with years of experience. Others join earlier in their careers and develop with us.
As the practice grows, opportunities grow too.
What matters most is your attitude, capability and willingness to learn.
If that sounds like the kind of environment where you would thrive, we’d love to hear from you.
Could you see yourself here?
You’ll probably thrive here if you:
genuinely care about people and doing a good job
are open to feedback and being coached
take responsibility rather than making excuses
value good systems and understand why they matter
can work at pace without losing attention to detail
notice what needs doing and take initiative
want to keep developing
You don’t need to be perfect.
You do need to care.
